3248cc, automatic. This Jaguar XJ Sport (X308), in Meteorite Silver with Nimbus leather interior, has covered only 48,849 miles from new, a figure which is backed up by the service and MoT record. The service book contains (excluding its PDI) three stamps up to 31,988 miles in 2003, with all stamps by the H.A. Fox dealership network, first in Southampton and then Norwich.
Although the car has accrued so few miles since then, it has been MoTed almost every year, and was driven 50 miles to reach us. The last three inspections have all been passed with no advisories, and the present MoT lasts until 23rd May 2026.
Produced until 2003, the X308 was the final evolution of the XJ40, with Sport models benefitting from sharper handling and slightly different seats. The vendor acquired this car in 2023, but tells us he has known it for five years. Only a few receipts are included, but we are told that the car has recently received a new fuel pump and auxiliary drive belt. We have also been informed that the radio switch is faulty.
Spare key, tax discs, old V5Cs are included, together with old MoTs from 2003-2026 and the present V5C in the vendor's name.
